About ISCACS 2026/简介
The 2026 International Conference on Social Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Complex Systems (ISCACS 2026) will be held in Chongqing, China. This conference focuses on the cutting-edge fields of social computing, artificial intelligence, and complex systems, aiming to provide a high-quality academic exchange platform for scholars, engineers, and industry practitioners in related fields from home and abroad. The conference will showcase the latest research results in the field, discuss key technical problems in the industry and future research directions, and help related theories and technologies be applied in university research and enterprise scenarios. At the same time, the conference will build an exchange bridge for participants, helping them build research and business cooperation networks and discover global cooperation opportunities. Submission Guidelines

提交准则

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icmla_conference@163.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.

Please kindly specify the subject of your submission as ISCACS 2026+ along with the name of the corresponding author, failing which we regret to inform you that your submission cannot be confirmed.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.

All full paper submissions to the ISCACS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ISCACS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI, CPCI, Google Scholar, CrossRef, ResearchGate, CrossRefet for indexing.
