Currently, the integration of optoelectronic devices, optical communication and information processing technologies is accelerating, profoundly influencing the development trends of 5G/6G networks, integrated communication in space, air, land and sea, as well as quantum information. The International Conference on Optoelectronics and Communication Information Technology 2026 (ICOCIT 2026) focuses on areas such as optoelectronic materials and devices, high-speed optical communication systems, intelligent information processing and network architectures. It features plenary presentations, special discussions and academic paper exhibitions, aiming to promote the collaborative progress of basic research and application innovation, and build a dialogue bridge across disciplines and industries. We sincerely invite scholars, engineers and industry experts from all over the world to submit their papers and come to the northern spring city to share the innovative achievements in optoelectronics and communication information technology.

All full paper submissions to the ICOCIT 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICOCIT 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI , CPCI，Google, ResearchGate, CrossRef, et for indexing.

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof.  Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to ‌‌‌conf_manage@163.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
