The 2026 International Conference on Food Science, Biotechnology, and Fermentation Engineering (FSBFE 2026) aims to bring together researchers, scientists, and academic students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results in various aspects of food science, biotechnology, and fermentation engineering, and discuss practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted. We warmly welcome experts and scholars in related fields to submit their new research or technological contributions to FSBFE 2026 and share valuable experiences with scientists and scholars from around the world.

The amount of duplication from previously published content should be less than 10%; If the amount of duplication is 10% - 20%, modification maybe required; if the amount of duplication exceeds 20%, the article will be rejected. Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to International_tech@163.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
