With the rapid development of urbanization, the number of buildings has increased, their forms have become increasingly diverse, and their structures have become more complex. While pursuing architectural aesthetics, its safety, especially its ability to resist natural disasters and human damage, has become an urgent issue that needs attention. At present, the civil engineering and construction field still faces many challenges in structural seismic resistance and disaster prevention and reduction. To this end, the academic and engineering communities are continuously conducting in-depth research, promoting innovation in seismic theory, monitoring and detection technology, and new protective products. Academic exchanges in related fields are also becoming increasingly active to jointly enhance the safety and sustainability of buildings. The International Conference on Intelligent Construction, Structural Monitoring and Civil Engineering (ICISMCE 2026) is scheduled to be held in Harbin, China in 2026. The conference will focus on topics such as "Intelligent Construction, Structural Monitoring, and Civil Engineering", aiming to provide a platform for researchers, technicians, and related personnel engaged in related topics to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and exploration, and promote industrial cooperation of academic achievements. The conference cordially invites experts, scholars, business professionals, and other relevant personnel from domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, and other relevant parties to attend and exchange ideas.

All full paper submissions to the ICISMCE 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ICISMCE 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings,which will be submitted to EI , CPCI，Google Scholar, CrossRef, ResearchGate, CrossRef, et for indexing.

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to eiference_paper@126.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
