About OSCEFM 2025/简介

The International Conference on Optoelectronic Science, Communication Engineering and Functional Materials 2025 (OSCEFM 2025) will be held in Xi'an, China. The main focus is on exploring the latest research and skills in the fields of optoelectronic science, communication engineering, and functional materials, with the aim of promoting research and development activities in related areas and facilitating information exchange between researchers and scholars. OSCEFM 2025 warmly welcomes scientists, scholars, engineers, and student scholars from academia and industry around the world to participate in the conference, actively exchange ideas and discuss, establish connections between peer scholars, and seek more opportunities for cooperation.

Submission Guidelines

提交准则

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof.  Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icse_infs@126.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.

Please kindly specify the subject of your submission as OSCEFM 2025 + along with the name of the corresponding author, failing which we regret to inform you that your submission cannot be confirmed.

SCI Journal/SCI期刊出版

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.

All full paper submissions to the OSCEFM 2025 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of OSCEFM 2025 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex,CPCI , Google Scholar, etc. for indexing.
