The International Conference on Neural Networks, Machine Learning, and Intelligent Optimization (NNMLIO 2026) is scheduled to be held in Taiyuan, China in 2026. Intended to provide a platform for researchers, technicians, and related personnel engaged in neural networks, machine learning, and intelligent optimization to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and exploration, and promote industrial cooperation of academic achievements. The conference cordially invites experts, scholars, business professionals, and other relevant personnel from domestic and foreign universities and research institutions to attend and exchange ideas.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.

Submission Guidelines

提交准则

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to ei_dseasc@163.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.

Please kindly specify the subject of your submission as NNMLIO 2026+ along with the name of the corresponding author, failing which we regret to inform you that your submission cannot be confirmed.

All full paper submissions to the NNMLIO 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of NNMLIO 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI , CPCI，Google Scholar, CrossRef, ResearchGate, et for indexing.
