The cross integration of marine science, nearshore and port engineering is becoming a key support for promoting high-quality development of the marine economy and building a maritime power. Against the backdrop of intensified global climate change, increasing demand for marine resource development, and continuous upgrading of port logistics, the basic research of marine science is deeply coupled with innovative practices in offshore engineering to jointly address major challenges such as marine environmental awareness, coastal zone protection, port construction and operation, and marine renewable energy development.
The International Conference on Marine Science, Offshore and Port Engineering (MSOPE 2026) aims to build an interdisciplinary and cross-border high-end academic exchange platform, focusing on core issues such as basic theories of marine science, offshore and port engineering, and comprehensive management of coastal zones. It brings together experts, scholars, and industry representatives from global marine science, port engineering, coastal engineering, and related fields to explore innovative paths for sustainable development of marine resources and resilience construction of coastal zones.

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to International_tech@163.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
