About ISBUM 2026/简介
The International Conference on Intelligent Sensing, Big Data and Urban Management (ISBUM 2026) will be held in Taiyuan, China. The conference aims to bring together the world's top researchers, technical experts and policy makers in the field of smart cities to jointly discuss cutting-edge topics such as intelligent sensing technology, urban big data analysis and innovative urban management models. The conference will focus on core areas such as multi-source sensing integration, real-time data processing, the application of artificial intelligence in urban operations, and digital twins and urban governance, with the goal of building an international exchange platform across disciplines and industries, promoting technological innovation and scenario implementation, providing systematic solutions for building more efficient, sustainable and humanized future cities, and facilitating the global urban intelligent transformation.

Submission Guidelines

提交准则

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to icagdta_conf@163.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.

Please kindly specify the subject of your submission as ISBUM 2026 + along with the name of the corresponding author, failing which we regret to inform you that your submission cannot be confirmed.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.

All full paper submissions to the ISBUM 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of ISBUM 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI , CPCI，Google Scholar, CrossRef, ResearchGate, CrossRef, et for indexing.
