The 2026 International Conference on Ecological Environment, Low-Carbon Development and Carbon Neutrality (IEELC 2026) will be held in Foshan, China. The conference focuses on the frontiers of ecological protection, green transformation and carbon neutrality. It will conduct in-depth exchanges on ecological governance, energy conservation and consumption reduction, clean energy utilization, carbon management and green industrial upgrading. It will bring together colleagues from all walks of life to share the latest scientific research results and practical experiences, deepen international academic discussions and technical cooperation, strive to optimize the ecological environment, steadily promote the implementation of the dual-carbon strategy, empower green and low-carbon sustainable development, and help build a favorable pattern of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.

All full paper submissions to the IEELC 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of IEELC 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI , CPCI，Google Scholar, CrossRef, ResearchGate, CrossRef, et for indexing.

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to contrem_einfo@163.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
