In the context of the accelerating global technological revolution and increasingly fierce competition for talent, the cross integration of education, psychological science, and talent cultivation is becoming the core engine for promoting educational modernization and building a strong human resources country. Currently, education is undergoing a paradigm shift from "knowledge transmission" to "ability construction", psychological research is extending from "problem correction" to "potential development", and talent cultivation is evolving from "standardized models" to "personalized development". The deep integration of the three - from cognitive science driven teaching innovation to positive psychology empowered mental health systems, from classroom applications of educational neuroscience to personalized training programs assisted by artificial intelligence - is opening up new possibilities for educational reform and comprehensive human development.
The 2026 International Conference on Education, Psychological Science, and Talent Development (EPSTD 2026) aims to build an interdisciplinary and cross-border high-end academic exchange platform, focusing on core issues such as educational theory and policy innovation, psychological science development and application, and talent cultivation models and mechanisms. It brings together experts, scholars, and education practitioners in the fields of education, psychology, human resource development, and related areas from around the world to explore innovative paths for educational reform and talent development in the new era.
